30th anniversary commemoration
Sunday 15th October 2006 saw hundreds of Republicans gather in the Short Strand and Market areas to commemorate the deaths of Volunteers Paul Marlowe, Joseph Surgenor, and Francis Fitzsimons who were killed in an accidental explosion in the Gasworks area.
Niall Ó Donnghaile, Gerry Adams MP and Alex Maskey MLA address the commemoration.
