Balmoral Sinn Féin representative Stiofan Long has backed calls by residents in the Katrine Park area of Trossach's in their call to have an alleyway leading from Erinvale closed. The call comes after a number of homes were damaged in the area last week. Read full article

South Belfast Sinn Féin MLA Alex Maskey has pledged the support of the 14 member Sinn Féin council grouping on Belfast City Council to South Belfast residents opposed to the sighting of a new football stadium at Ormeau Park. The pledge comes after Sinn Féin council group leader, Cllr. Paul Maskey, recently met with campaigners. Alex Maskey has also called upon the other political parties on the Council to give their support to the campaigners. Read full article

South Belfast Sinn Féin MLA Alex Maskey has said that he is horrified by two robberies which took place over the weekend. During both robberies staff at an off-licence and a bookmakers were doused in petrol and threatened with being set on fire. The South Belfast MLA has called on anybody with information on these robberies to come forward. Read full article
