SHOCK AT FINAGHY CAR HIJACKING

Balmoral Sinn Fein representative Stiofan Long has expressed his shock at the hijacking of a car in the Ardmore area of Finaghy in the early hours of this morning.


The Balmoral Sinn Fein representative said,

" I am shocked at this incident. Unfortunately, such acts are becoming more frequent throughout Belfast.


" Undoubtedly, this will have had a traumatic effect on the young owner of the car and the fact that the car crashed a short distance away could have had more disastrous consequences if someone had been walking along the road.


" Those who would involve themselves in such acts do so without care or regard for the community. Such behaviour is unacceptable".
